This six-story, six-bay wide brick tenement was originally erected in 1893 for 2 stores and 21 families, designed by architect Kurtzer & Rohl. Most historical elements remain on its facade, including a bracketed cornice with a paneled frieze, hooded window lintels, attached brick piers, banding, and decorative panels. The first-story front has been largely altered.

What is the Building Blocks Project
