Description & Building Alterations

This four-story residential building was constructed for Richard Totten in 1847 as part of a series of four residential buildings on lots 58-61. In 1905, the building underwent alterations by architect Otto Reissmann.

The facade is three bays wide and features cast stone rounded arches above the entries at the ground level and above the upper story window. There is a stepped parapet.
