Description & Building Alterations

This five-story brick tenement building was erected in 1867, along with the rest buildings in this block on First Avenue. The owner’s name is illegible on the tax assessment records for that year.

Its present facade features a bracketed cornice with paneled frieze, and segmental-arched window openings with stripped lintels and sills. There is a simple cornice above the first story storefronts.
