Description & Building Alterations

This four-story structure was originally erected in 1849-50 as a row house and later tenementized. New storefronts were installed in 1910 to introduce commercial space into the building. The first-story and basement brick extension was added during an alteration in 1921. Most historical details on the facade have been removed and the entrance was moved to the sidewalk level.

What is the Building Blocks Project
