Two buildings sit on this lot, one four-story building at 164 First Avenue/245 East 10th Street, and one five-story building at No. 247 East 10th Street. 164 First Avenue was erected in 1838-39, and was raised from three stories to four stories in 1864. The second building was built in 1872 and designed by W.E. Waring.

164 First Avenue has a denticulated cornice and simple window lintels and sills. No. 247 East 10th Street features a bracketed cornice with a decorated frieze, molded lintels, footed sills, and an entrance flanked by fluted pilasters.
