Description & Building Alterations

This five-story tenement building was built as part of a corner lot development that included 165, 167, 169 Avenue C as well as 391 E. 1oth Street. The lintels have been covered with a type of cement coating,either obscuring or replacing the original design. The building is topped with a Neo-Grec style cornice, which is still intact.

What is the Building Blocks Project
