This five-story tenement was originally constructed in 1852 with four stories but was raised to five sometime before 1907. In 1907, the front facade was reconstructed.

Its current facade features Queen Anne-style bracketed cornice with a triangular pediment at center, simplified rectangular lintels and sills, molded cornice above storefront.
