Description & Building Alterations

This five-story tenement building was originally erected in 1855, together with the buildings at 127 and 129 First Avenue.

The present facade features bracketed cornice, molded window lintels and simple rectangular sills. The storefronts have been reconfigured multiple times during alterations in 1885, 1913, and 1942.
