This is a vacant lot as of February 2025. It is anticipated that a new building will be constructed spanning this and the adjacent lots along Third Avenue, but plans have yet to be filed with the NYC Department of Buildings.

Demolished in 2024, the previous buildings on this lot were two matching four-story row houses (64 Third Avenue and 122 East 11th Street), likely both built between 1838 and 1839. The owner and exact date of construction are uncertain. No. 122 East 11th Street was likely built as a three-story row house and had its top floor added later in the 19th century. It probably also had a cornice matching the one at No. 64 (also demolished in 2024).
