Description & Building Alterations

This four-story tenement building was originally erected in 1876 and designed by Frederick Graul & Co.

Most historic details on the facade are not visible today. The historic window lintels and bracketed cornice have been stripped. The windows at the two bays next to the fire escape have been partially infilled by red brick, and the entire first-floor storefront has been reconfigured.
