Description & Building Alterations

This four-story tenement was originally built in 1847-48. The storefront was replaced in 1887, and the entire facade rebuilt in 1925.

The present facade probably dates from the 1925 alteration, featuring patterned brickwork as window enframements and panels at third and fourth stories, continuous lintel above second story windows, and stepped parapet on top.
