This two-story brick building was built in 1943 for owner Theodore Schulteiss and designed by architect J. Bernard Pfeiffer. Previously on site was a three story with basement building.

The building features metal-work railings on the rooftop and brickwork on the facade. There were two apartments on the second floor and a store on the first floor.

What is the Building Blocks Project
