Description & Building Alterations

This is a warehouse building that occupies two lots. It was constructed at some point between the mid-1980s and 1993. Both lots are vacant in the 1980s tax photos (see side bar) and the earliest building activity available on the DOB site after that point is a 1993 violation for boilers. This would indicate that a building was constructed by that time.

Historically, a five-story brick and stone old law tenement existed here. It held stores on the ground floor. The last available building document dates from 1959, so it was demolished at some point between then and the early to mid-1980s.
