Description & Building Alterations

This five-story, four-bay wide tenement was originally erected as a house in 1856, and was probably converted to multiple dwellings around the turn of the 20th century like many other similar buildings.

The present facade features bracketed cornice with garlanded frieze, simple rectangular brick sills. The lintels have been stripped, but the main entrance is still flanked by fluted iron pilasters holding a molded entablature.
