This pre-law tenement was originally built together with the buildings on Lots 30 and 31, designed by the same architect William E. Waring and owned by Herman Bruns.

They share a similar facade design with a bracketed cornice, arched window lintels and sills. The buildings underwent alterations designed by Kurtzer & Rohl in 1895 and 1905. This building has a new storefront that was installed in 1962.

What is the Building Blocks Project
