Description & Building Alterations

This four-bay wide, five-story tenement was originally constructed in 1894 for 18 families. Its present facade features a bracketed cornice with a frieze, slightly projecting brick piers, round-arched window openings capped by moldings and keystones at the first story, and an entrance framed by incised pilasters supporting a door hood.
