Description & Building Alterations

This six story apartment building is the result of an alteration of four five-story tenements built in 1873, replacing two early 19th century row houses. The alteration was completed between 1969 and 1972, according to the certificate of occupancy. The tenements’ addresses were 105, 105 1/2, 107, and 107 1/2 and they were each 18.9 feet wide.

What is the Building Blocks Project
