This six-story new-law tenement building was originally erected in 1903 to accommodate stores in first story, cellar, and 22 apartments above.

The present six-bay wide facade features projecting side bays with elaborate window sills and lintels with cartouches from the third to sixth stories, ornamented window surrounds at second story, splayed lintels with decorative keystones, and beltcourses.
