Description & Building Alterations

This three-story with basement building was originally constructed along with the building on today’s Lot 5 and Lot 7.

The present facade features bracketed cornice, molded window lintels, rectangular sills and an entablature above the entrance on stoop. The wood sash at first-story windows appear to be historical. In 2015, a fourth story was added to the building. It is set back from the building’s existing facade.
