Description & Building Alterations
This five-story with basement old-law tenement was erected at the same time and by the same architect with its neighbor at 95 East 7th Street.
The facade features a bracketed iron cornice with decorative paneled frieze, round-arched pediments with ornate tympanum at second and fifth stories, projecting engaged pilasters on top floor, decorated panels, beltcourses, and ornamented window lintels at first story. The entrance is enframed by a round-arched portico with columns supporting a bracketed entablature.
