This six-story apartment building with store space was erected in 1929. It replaced a five-story brick tenement, owned by Loew’s Theatre Inc. It was to be occupied by a store on the ground floor and dwellings above.

This building features patterned and projecting brickwork, quoins enframing the windows, arched window lintels, carvings and a perforated parapet on the facade. It was originally owned by the 99 East 4th Street, Inc., which also owned a building of similar style but smaller in size at No. 74 Second Avenue on this block.

Upon conversion into condominiums, it was assigned the new lot number 7502.
