Description & Building Alterations

This five-story red brick building was built in 1889, designed by Julius Boekell & Son for Herman Bruns. This tenement was to be occupied by 16 families.

Each window features red stone lintels with decorative detailing including rosettes. The roof is flat with green decorative cornice brackets. The entrance is enframed by a bracketed hood and pilasters.
