Description & Building Alterations

This structure was designed by owner Isidore Fried in 1906 for manufacturing purposes, according to the Office for Metropolitan History and the Real Estate Record and Builders Guide from that year. As seen in the 1980s tax photo, the original cornice and upper stories were still intact to that time. At present, the facade has been stripped and clad in metal with brick piers.
