Description & Building Alterations

This three-story Greek Revival style red brick rowhouse appears to have been built c. 1853 according to map evidence, and in 1880 alteration permits indicate that it was occupied by one family.

The entrance is located at the top of a short stoop. Most historic details such as the cornice, entrance enframements, window lintels and sills have been removed. The building has undergone multiple interior and exterior alterations.
