Description & Building Alterations
This five-story old-law tenement was built in 1893-94, replacing a previous house built in 1845.
The present facade features an elaborate entryway enframement, curved window openings with decorative lintels at the first story, an ornate beltcourse above the first floor, round-arched window lintels with splayed brick arches at the fourth story, and splayed lintels with carved keystones at fifth story. The cornice has been removed.
