Description & Building Alterations
The existing four-story building designed by Gronenberg & Leuchtag replaced a four-story with store brick tenement in 1929. The tenement was demolished by Loew’s Realty Co.
This Medieval Revival building features tapestry brickwork, pointed-arched entrance enframements in terra cotta and brick, terra-cotta beltcourses, window lintels, decorative insets and a crenellated parapet. The storefront on the first floor has been infilled.
