Description & Building Alterations
This four-story with basement building was originally erected as a single-family row house in 1841-42, and was probably altered into a tenement before 1900.
The present facade features rusticated brownstone base, segmental-arched window lintels at second to fourth stories, modillioned cornice supported by foliate brackets, with arched fascia and rosettes. The windows at first story were reconfigured, and original first-floor entrance with stoop removed to install new entry at basement during the 1959 alteration.
