Description & Building Alterations
This five-story tenement was originally built as a single-family house prior to 1852, and was converted to a multiple dwelling before 1885.
The present facade is clad in red brick with diamond-shaped terra-cotta panels throughout. The facade features a side entrance with brick pilasters supporting a modilioned entablature above, brick tympanum with round arches at second story windows, and projecting patterned brickwork at the cornice.
