68 Avenue C | Block : 374 | Lot #8
Description & Building Alterations
This six story tenement was built for $30,000 in 1904 by developer Meyer Frank of 17-19 Attorney Street to house 10 families.
In 1950 one of the storefronts was occupied by Johnny Miller’s Luncheonette. Though its cornice is removed and its ground floor has been altered, a number of character defining details remain, including terracotta window surrounds, ornate fire escapes and a pedimented limestone entry at the East 5
