Description & Building Alterations
This stone building was constructed around 1897 by Charles B. and John E. Sagar. Charles Sagar was also the architect. According to the Fur Trade Review of 1901, the building housed a cloak manufacturing company run by L.M. Julie. The building stands eight stories tall with ribbon windows, which were a recent addition. The windows on the original facade were most likely separated and had sills and lintels made of stone.
