This new building, constructed between 2005 and 2008 is an 11-unit apartment building. The lot on which this building was constructed had been vacant since the mid-1940s when a 5-story tenement and 2-story rear building circa 1885 were demolished due to safety hazards.

What is the Building Blocks Project
