Description & Building Alterations

This five story building, constructed for the same owner and by the same architect as lots 20 and 21, has a different, but similar design as its neighbor. The building features Neo-Grec lintel ornament yet its Renaissance Revival style cornice suggests that the cornice had at some point been replaced.

What is the Building Blocks Project
