Description & Building Alterations

This five-story tenement building had four apartments per floor when it was built in 1889. This Neo-Grec styled building appears to have much of its original facade ornament intact. The building is red brick and features a tan sandstone that comprises the lintels and much of the trim ornamentation. The building also has two intact terracotta spandrel panels. Identical buildings were constructed on tax lots 21, 22, and 23.
