Description & Building Alterations

This Italianate pre-law tenement is five stories high and three bays wide. It has a simple cornice with four scrolled brackets. The first floor storefront is not original. Most of the lintels have been shaved back and possibly covered with a cementitious coating, and the lintels on the second floor have been replaced with plain brickwork above a wide window alteration. There are mechanical vents on some parts of the facade.
