This six story residential building was constructed in 2016. The masonry building is two bays wide with a brick facade. A five story old law tenement constructed in 1884 by E. Sorensen was demolished in 1972, leaving the lot vacant for several decades.

This was previously Lot 23.

What is the Building Blocks Project
