This five-story Neo-Grec style tenement was built in 1886. The intact cornice features angular and geometric decoration typical of this style, and the ground floor facade appears to have some remaining original elements. This building shares its owner, architect, and build date with 528 East 13th Street, and likely with the demolished tenement at no. 526 as well.
