This five-story pre-law tenement was built in 1885 in the Neo-Grec style. The new building application indicates that a sixth story was planned here, but it appears it was never built. The ground floor has been altered and the cornice has been removed, exposing the rough brickwork behind.

What is the Building Blocks Project
