Description & Building Alterations

This building was originally a five-story tenement building, and like many of the nearby structures, was built sometime around 1860. The only remaining original detail is some of the brick wall surface and the fenestration. The building is now a six-story structure. The fifth floor is a completely remodeled facade, and the sixth floor is set back from the street wall. This alteration received its certificate of occupancy in 2004.
