Description & Building Alterations

This five-story pre-law tenement was built in conjunction with the neighboring one on Lot 14 in 1875. The ornamentation combines simple Italianate segmental lintels with a more elaborate Neo-Greco style cornice. The wall surface of the building is clad in red brick. While the ground floor has a brick infill, some 19th-century columns remain visible on the facade.
