Description & Building Alterations

The six-story new law tenement at 511 East 13th Street was designed by Bernstein & Bernstein. It was built in 1904 in the Renaissance Revival style and features an array of decorative features. The storefront level has been altered and does not appear to retain any original ornamentation.

What is the Building Blocks Project
