Description & Building Alterations

This four-story with basement building was originally erected in 1849-50. In 1887 the fourth-floor windows were heightened and a new cornice was installed.

The present facade features a bracketed cornice with paneled frieze and a side entrance accessed by a steep stoop and enframed by flanking pilasters supporting a molded entablature. The historic molded lintels have been removed except on the top floor.
