Description & Building Alterations

This four-story with basement Italianate style tenement was originally built in 1855 as a single-family house and converted prior to 1902.

The present facade features a bracketed cornice with paneled frieze, segmental-arched window lintels and bracketed sills at the second through fourth stories, balconettes at the second story, round-arched windows at the first story and a recessed round-arched doorway. The round-arched portion of first-floor windows have been filled in. The first-story stone facing was installed after the 1940s.
