Description & Building Alterations
This five-story brick tenement with blue stone base was designed by architect William Graul, along with 438 East 13th Street. It was built to house four families on each floor. In the 1930s there was a store on the first floor. The present facade features molded window lintels with footings, rectangular sills, and banding. The historical roof cornice has been removed and the first story has been largely reconfigured.
