Description & Building Alterations

No. 44-50 East Second Street was originally built for the La Salle Academy in 1936 (NB48-36).

The building is composed of sections with different heights that range from two to five stories. Its facade went through minor alterations with a new main entrance, and the windows and railings have been replaced. In 2010, the school was renovated and modernized internally when a British private school, World Class Learning Academy, moved into a large section of the building.

What is the Building Blocks Project
