Description & Building Alterations

This four-story tenement was originally built in 1852-53. Most historical elements have been stripped from the facade, including the bracketed cornice, molded window lintels and rectangular sills. The building today features a paint or stucco coating over the brownstone facade, and a molded cornice above the first story.
