Description & Building Alterations

This five-story with basement tenement was originally erected in 1887 to accommodate 21 families and two stores.

The present facade features bracketed cornice with decorated paneled frieze, pedimented and flat lintels, recessed brick patterns at fifth story, beltcourses, and molded cornice above first story. The entrance is enframed by engaged pilasters supporting a bracketed entablature.
