This five-story with basement tenement was built along with its identical neighbor at 422 East 9th Street as a pair, designed by architect William Jose.

The facade features bracketed cornice with decorative frieze, and segmental-arched door hood at entrance. The historical segmental-arched window lintels have been stripped.

What is the Building Blocks Project
