Description & Building Alterations

This four-bay wide, five-story with basement tenement was originally erected in 1863.

The present facade features a bracketed cornice with decorative paneled frieze, segmental-arched window openings, molded lintels and footed sills. The slightly recessed central entrance on the stoop is capped by a bracketed door hood with moldings.
