Description & Building Alterations

Originally three four-story buildings were erected on this lot in 1859. They were combined and raised to five stories during an alteration in 1878.

The present facade is six-bay wide, featuring bracketed cornice with paneled frieze, window lintels with historic details stripped, and simple rectangular sills. The first story appears to have been largely altered.
