Description & Building Alterations

This two-story building was originally erected between 1870 and 1871 for shops. The first floor was used as stable, storage, and marionette theater. The second floor has been used for dwellings since at least the early 20th century. It is uncertain when the triangular extension on top was built, though it was likely added after the 1980s tax photo was taken.
